Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Methods: We hand wrap and box our items. Straws are unopend. Lids are new. Tubler is sanitized after crafting and wrapped in bubble film. While we pack our items we wear laytex gloves. Every item is inspected and ensured to be individually wrapped so no damage occurs during shipment. We use ground advantage shipping methods with USPS. Creation time is 3 days. Then the item is shipped. You will receive a tracking number once the item has shipped in an email to let you know its on its way! .

Return & Exchange Policy

Each item you purchase is uniquely hand made. There are no returns on crafted items for sanitary reasons. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know. If the error is on our end, we will send out a corrected item.
